Biography

Innovation Director at CENTQUATRE-PARIS, an endless place of art of culture and innovation, Marialya Bestougeff drives the 104factory, the incubator dedicated to the accompaniment of start-ups at the crossroads of the artistic field, research and innovation (http://www.104factory.fr/)

After several years of professional experience as a project manager in very different contexts (quality, IT and consulting) for Large International Groups, she has been commercial director of Decommedia an original structure that develops sensitization and training by the theater, entrepreneur with Fixioneers, a studio of digital experiences for culture launched in 2015 and director of the Share Design division within the Sismo designers' collective.

Member of the I-Team network of cultural professionals, think tank and research on the development of culture in Europe, Marialya Bestougeff is committed to collaborative and open innovation in the cultural sector. Involved in the international community Muséomix, she has contributed to the launch of the Muséomix communities in Brazil since 2016 helping to spread the project and accompanying and training communities and museums in three cities (São Paulo, Recife and Belo-Horizonte).

Today, she works to shape the conditions for the emergence of innovation, development of entrepreneurial, collaborative, creative and fulfilling projects to forge lasting links between universes that have so much to share!
